Manufactory / Crafted in Ukraine
Digital precision, woodworking and hand finishing brought together at the scale of a watch.

Our process combines digital design, CNC precision, engraving, woodworking and hand finishing. Technology gives us repeatable accuracy; human judgement decides the depth, contrast, surface and final character.
That balance is especially important at watch scale, where fractions of a millimeter can change how a relief, letter or symbol reads.
The making
Every stage changes the object. The goal is to preserve the material while bringing the design into focus.

We look for stability, grain direction, contrast and enough visual character to support the planned design.

The artwork is rebuilt for the physical diameter of the dial so the important information survives reduction.

CNC and engraving operations establish the geometry, relief and micro-details that define the surface.

Edges, surfaces and carved details are cleaned, sanded and finished so the watch keeps a natural, tactile quality.

The movement, crystal, hands, case and bracelet become a functional timepiece rather than separate parts.

Personal details are completed and the finished watch is checked before it leaves the workshop.
Workshop principles
The wood should still look and feel like wood after the design is finished.
More engraving is not automatically better. Composition matters more than decoration.
A design must be judged on a real watch, not only on a large computer preview.
Precision tools assist the work; the final visual decisions remain with the people making the piece.
Our workshop
KRISTAN TIME is built around a workshop team in Ukraine. The brand combines local hands-on production with international customers, custom briefs and highly individual design work.
For us, “crafted in Ukraine” is not a decorative line. It identifies where the physical work is done and the people responsible for turning each design into an object.
